Refund policy

Before requesting a cancellation, we invite you to contact us  we’re always happy to help! 

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date the product was received, or from the date of the disclosure document whichever is later.

In accordance with consumer protection law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) may apply. This fee is charged solely to cover processing and payment handling costs.

Returned items must be sent back, where possible, in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Once a cancellation is approved, a refund confirmation will be issued, including documentation submitted to the payment provider.

בקשות לביטול עסקה יתקבלו בתוך 14 ימים ממועד קבלת המוצר או ממועד קבלת מסמך הגילוי, לפי המאוחר מביניהם

בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, במקרה של ביטול עסקה ייגבו דמי ביטול בשיעור של 5% ממחיר ההזמנה או 100 ₪ — לפי הנמוך מביניהם. דמי הביטול נועדו לכיסוי עלויות טיפול וסליקה בלבד

החזרת המוצר תתבצע, ככל שניתן, באריזתו המקורית ובמצב שלא נעשה בו שימוש

לאחר אישור הביטול יימסר ללקוח אישור זיכוי, לרבות תיעוד ההודעה שנמסרה לחברת האשראי
